I Remain In APC, PDP Is A Dead Party -Former House Of Reps Aspirant, Kolawole Akinmosun Denies Reports Of Decamping To PDP

Former House of Representatives Aspirant in Okitipupa and Irele, Amb Kolawole Akinmosun has denied reports allegedly claiming that he defected from the All Progressive Congress (APC) to PDP along with his supporters, a malicious lie by the spokesman of the former deputy Governor of Ondo State, Allen Sowore.

In a press release made available to journalists in Akure, on Monday, Akinmosun said the porported claim is false.

“I appreciate the support and concern of my people. Such claim is very laughable. The mud slinging has started. Cheap media trick. I am sure nobody is falling for this. I wish to state clearly that I did not decamp to PDP, even after the last primaries, they did everything they could for me to leave my party (APC) to come and contest using their ticket which I refused, I was very surprised to see news flying around that I’ve left my party, same party (APC) that I was recently appointed as the National Secretary of Tinubu & Shettima progressive group for better Nigeria, same party that I’m currently branding billboards in support of all candidates contesting from the President, to the Senate and House of Reps, branded buses and materials which will be distributed anytime from now, I can continue to mention a lot of activities and programs I have put in place to show solidarity and support to the party.”

Akinmosun stated that PDP is a dead party, and in no time the whole world will see it and come to realize that PDP was the one that brought Nigerians into this mess in the first place.

When asked about Tinubu’s chances of winning in the coming elections, here’s what he has to say;

“God’s willing, Asiwaju will win this coming election, Nigeria will continue to be a great country for us all, i am very positive Asiwaju Bola Ahmed will perform beyond expectations, so well that PDP will cease to exist after Asiwaju’s tenure in office.”
