Today, the commissioner for Youth and Sport Development, Hon. Bamidele Ologun led the first interactive session with members and staffs of the Ministry of Youth and Sport, Ondo State.

The session which lasted for hours had the attendance of the Permanent Secretary, Directors of Agencies within the Ministry, Head of Finances as well as other Stakeholders and members of Ministry.

During the meeting, Hon. Bamidele Ologun urged all members to join hands in ensuring that the Ministry is used as an instrument in achieving meaniful Economic and social Developmental growth to Ondo State and Nigeria as a whole.

Hon. Bamidele further stressed that the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, is keen on improving the lives of every individual in the state and not just the Youths alone, “and as a Ministry the best we can offer is to aid that process.” He added.

During the meeting, Hon. Ologun pleaded with the attendees to put in their very best into work at their respective units and departments. Ye urged them to be upright and promised to support at all times.

In conclusion, some of the Staffs were allowed to talk, where some highlighted the various challenges the Ministry has been encountering before now and the the Commissioner assured them that all will be looked into.
