The recent news making the rounds that some members of the SYNAGOGUE CHURCH OF ALL NATIONS (SCOAN) have rejected the the wife of the founder of the SCOAN Mrs Evelyn Joshua as successor to her husband as the head of the SCOAN came to the youths of Akoko North West as a rude shock and we view this as a deliberate attempt to undermine the efforts and good works of our father the late Prophet TB Joshua.
The entire youths of Akoko North West Local Government under the umbrella of AKOKO NORTH WEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT YOUTHS FORUM wants to make it unequivocally clear that we stand solidly behind our mother as we believe that she remains the best person to continue to paddle the boat of SCOAN at the critical times as she has been behind the scene in managing the SCOAN even while her husband the revered Prophet TB Joshua was alive. She remains the most qualified and has the motivation and passion to lead the church to further glory and even beyond where her let husband has led the church.
The youths of AKNWLG wants to assure our mother that we are with her and we will not allow her to be intimidated by any person or persons in her attempt to build on the lofty achievements both spiritually and philanthropically we want to assure her that she can always count on our support every time as we will not allow her to be left stranded or dismayed as we will always be there for her.
We will also like to remind the SCOAN that AKNWLGYF is hopeful and enthusiastic that the church will not abandon the good works that our father the late Prophet TB Joshua has initiated in our Local Government, this is one way to eternally immortalized our Father who has gone to be with the lord.
Finally, we will continue to pray that God should continue to strengthen the SCOAN and her leadership under the headship of our Mother and friend, Mrs Helen Joshua and to pray that God continue to grant repose to the soul of our Father, the late Prophet TEMITOPE BALOGUN JOSHUA whose impact can never be forgotten in our Local Government, Nigeria and the whole world at large.
