Former Minister and Chairman of the Social Democratic Party SDP, Dr. Olu Agunloye has expressed sadness over the death of the spokesperson for Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin, describing it as shocking.

05 April 2021The news of the demise of our brother and friend, Mr. Yinka Odumakin which occurred on Saturday, April 3, 2021 got to us at the Social Democratic Party, SDP as a rude shock. It was received with pains and disappointment but without questions to the Almighty God.
The National Chairman, Dr. Olu Agunloye on behalf of the leadership and entire members of the Party (SDP) expresses the heartfelt condolence to his wife, Dr(Mrs) Joe Okei-Odumakin, his children and the rest of his families. We pray that God should grant him eternal rest and comfort his families, friends and associates.
