Just As elections draws nearer in Ondo state, it’s no more news that diverse political activities are taking place in the state, and it is on this note that several association have come to pledge their loyalty to the Re-election of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as Governor of the state for Second Term.
One of The latest boost of Akeredolu’s re-election is the Inauguration of the A2K movement, an independent Campaign Group For Aketi 2nd term which consists of The heads of association of Artisans across the 18 Local government areas in the state. Which includes, The Association of Farmers , Electricians, Painters, Barbers, Welders, Tailors and other Related Association.
The A2K Movement is headed by Barr. Jombo Omofunmilewa and is a newly established platform which consists of heads of Artisans coming together to work for the Re-election of Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
While briefing several Artisans, many spoke with our correspondence and they pledged their support to the Re-election of Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and made it clear that they would come out en-mass to Re-elect the Governor for a second term.
One of the Artisans, Deacon Oluwafemi Balogun in his words said “The Governor has really tried in the areas of development and also helping Artisans to create a better business Environment for our business to thrive and we can’t wait for him to finish what he has started”.
Another member of the group, Oki Olabode Sam said “AKETI has really performed beyond expectations and we can’t wait to see more of this and I urge every artisans to come out in Election day to Re-elect him”.
The A2K Movement coordinator in person of Barr. Jombo Omofunmilewa while speaking with our correspondence urged the Delegates to continue their support for the current dispensation and ensure they help to educate their fellow Artisans on how to Exercise their franchise wisely by Re-electing Arakurin Rotimi Akeredolu in order to finish the Great works he has started in the state.
The meeting Ended on a happy note as the Artisans sang in Unity and pledged their support to AKETI Re-election.
