BEMORE Girls, Widows, Benefits From Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu Palliative Exercise in Ile Oluji/Oke Igbo [Photos]

In accordance to fufilling her promise of Empowering the Girl child and women in the state, It was a Great and fun-filled atmosphere today at Ile Oluji/Okeigbo Local government headquarters as Women which Includes widows and market women who benefited from the ongoing distribution of palliatives under the BEMORE initiative of Mrs BETTY ANYAWU-AKEREDOLU wife of Ondo State Governor.

It was such a great atmosphere to behold as girls and women were Singing songs of Praises in appreciation of the First lady of the state for her support towards women via her BEMORE INITIATIVE

The women which includes BEMORE Girls and other women were so Elated that they willingly approached our correspondents to be interviewed, while some who couldn’t hide their joy, gathered in groups singing songs of praise to thank the wife of the Governor for her Good deeds towards women since the begining of the adminstration.

A beneficiary, sodinu Ayotola said: ”I thank Arabinrin Akeredolu for what she did for we widows, and I pray that God will continue to help her, and they will be re-elected; please extend our appreciation to her,she’ll always be remembered as an icon”.

On her part, Mrs bunmi Olamiju expressed her gratitude as she said “Akeredolu has done what no one had done, whoever cares should listen and believe,the first lady has set Great records that would be very hard to beat”.

Olamide Adelekan said she was given the food items without stress and affirmed that it was not a propaganda as insinuated by some critics; while Mrs Ayodele Abimbola expressed her appreciation in form of prayers for Akeredolu’s government.

“I am very happy because this government remembers vulnerable people, especially we widows that are solely taking care of our children; my God will elevate Arabinrin and she will not find herself in our condition, her generations will find favour; this coming election must favour her husband because they are compassionate about the less privileged ones God bless her and her people”, Mrs onifade Williams.

She assured them that the initiative had no political intentions but was borne out of the passion of the Governor’s wife to cushion the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on Widows across the state and to Ensure the wellness and Development of women in the state.
