Coronavirus: US Takes Strong Action Against Nigeria

The United States Embassy has announced that it would halt all visa appointments due to the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus.The countries include the United States, United Kingdom, China, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Iran, Germany, South Korea, Netherland, France, Norway and Japan.

Reacting in a statement on Wednesday, the US Embassy in Nigeria said: “As of March 18, 2020, the United States Embassy and Consulate in Nigeria is cancelling routine nonimmigrant visa appointments.

the us is now reacting about the current issues in Nigeria in other to find a good solution to it .This virus is very hard to tackle as USA government review and they are now plan and look out on how to tackle it

We will resume routine visa services as soon as possible but are unable to provide a specific date at this time.US, however, explained that application fees already paid by applicants would remain valid in the country where it was purchased within one year of the date of payment.
